Manager and Art Director

Janine our new Manager and Art Director started with us at the beginning of 2025. A fantastic all round Hair Stylist, with over 28 years experience. Janine has a previous history of working in high end salons as both a top Hair Stylist and Educator and has a great eye for detail.

Sarah

Creative Director

With nearly 30 years experience in all aspects of Hairdressing, including over 23 years with Roderick Anthony, Creative Director Sarah managed the salon for 10 years until stepping down and remaining with us part-time after having children. Sarah has an array of qualifications, further education training & assessing over the course of her career. Sarah’s career has also led her to travel, including working on cruise ships; making her our leading expert in Hair-Up services. Sarah works Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Leanne

Art Director

Leanne started with us as an apprentice in 2011, and as a fantastically talented Hair Stylist progressed over 14 years all the way to manager of the salon, until stepping down early 2024 after the birth of her first child.

Art Director Leanne’s skills as an experienced hairstylist, reflected in her huge following, include definitive cutting, immaculate colouring & impeccable styling. Leanne has frequently attended London hair academy’s to continuously nurture her talents as a hairstylist. Leanne now works Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays.

Portia

Art Director

Art Director Portia started her career with Roderick Anthony as an apprentice in 2009. Now with over 16 years experience, Portia has a huge clientele and loyal following, a reflection of her talent.

Attending many courses over the years, Portias precise haircuts, flawless colouring, expert styling, and dedication make her a true master of her craft.

Maggie

Art Director

Art Director Maggie joined us in the summer of 2024, bringing with her well over 30 years of experience in Hairdressing. From managing a top salon in Dubai, working in various European countries, to owning her own salon in the UK, Maggie is widely travelled, giving her an insight and expertise in all areas and cultures of hairdressing. A master colour expert, impeccable Ladies and Gents Cutting and Styling, Maggie is a fantastic addition to our team.

Chloe

Style Director

Starting as an apprentice with Roderick Anthony in the summer of 2019, our Style Director Chloe has developed over 5 years into a superb all round Hair Stylist & Colourist. Learning her craft from our highly experienced Art Directors, a professional outlook, and dedication to being the best she can be has already developed Chloe a strong following.

Charlene

Senior Stylist

Our Senior Stylist Charlene began her journey as an apprentice with Roderick Anthony early in 2021. With 4 years experience, benefiting from the fantastic training our Art Directors provide, Charlene has become an outstanding young hairdresser. Excellent at Colouring, Cutting and Styling, Charlene will very professionally look after you from start to finish.

Harmony, Leah & Lillia

Graduate Stylists

Our Graduate Stylist team began their apprenticeships in the summer of 2022. Qualifying in 2024, Lillia, Leah & Harmony are now building their clienteles as our Graduate Stylist team.

Thoroughly trained by our Art Directors, we have 3 very talented young Hair Stylists, who are excelling in all aspects of Hairdressing.
